Felipe Massa was seen wearing Italia Independent sunglasses at The Chinese Grand Prix over the weekend.

The Ferrari driver has been looking good again of late and set the pace during Friday practice in Shanghai.  His teammate – Fernando Alonso eventually went on to win the race on Sunday, setting himself up nicely for a serious bid for the 2013 World Championship.

Italia Independent 080 Sunglasses – as worn by Felipe Massa

The sunglasses worn by Ferrari F1 driver Felipe Massa are these I-I MOD 080 sunglasses by Italia Independent in colour Havana 092.

On their website, Italia Independent describe these sunglasses “…the essence of Italia Independent’s savoir faire: tradition, modernity, craftsmanship and innovation, skillfully combined to create a one-of-a-kind product“.

The 080 sunglasses are a new take on of the famous shapes of the past – namely the Wayfarer design made famous by Ray-Ban.

This model features brushed steel temples with acetate front and ear-tips.  The 080 is also available in a selection of different colours – most notably the special Neon colour options with multi-coated mirrored lenses made by Dalloz Sunoptic.

Italia Independent 080 sunglasses retail for €157 (or around £160).
